Yes it is hard work, but you're doing it! And it's good that y'all are getting naps. I have a hard time napping, even when I was completely exhausted, but I would get a few in here and there. Little Owen is so cute! :) It's nice when they decide to sleep through the night finally :)
After a few years they start being able to fend for themselves a little bit. Until then, you just keep doing what you're doing - sleep while he sleeps!
Oh I was wondering if you had had your baby! I was just looking at Mar's blog today and saw you on her list of people. I am so happy for you guys! That is so awesome! I am glad that he is here. He is such a CUTE little man. Isn't it just wonderful. Take one day at a time, and all will be fine. :) You will get the hang of things. Let your house go, and nap when he does. That will help alot. Anyways...hope you are doing well.:) Congrats!
Congrats! The sleep thing is so hard!!! I hope it gets better for you soon! It didn't get better for us soon enough!!! Bailey just started sleeping through the night about a month ago and she is 8 months! I think you get used to being sleep deprived. People always told me to make it through the first 6 weeks and everything would get much easier, and I found that to be so true. He is so cute!!! Hang in there!
Aw! My little "sis" is a Mama!! I am so happy! He is so cute! In some pics I think he looks like Shad, but there is one that looks like your Dad!! I love it! Yes, it is super hard, unbelievably hard... and not to freak you out, but Brennan is 2 and 1/2 and still doesn't sleep through the night. It is just how he is wired. Kaeleb slept through the night at 5 weeks and by the time he was 8 weeks old I was bored and wondering what stay-home moms do all day to stay busy. But after Bren was born, oh boy!! I have not been bored once in the last 2 and 1/2 years and I have no idea how people have more than 2 kids cuz I don't think I can do it!! You will find though, that the benefits entirely outweigh the hard parts and they are the best!

Target diapers! :)
Congrats again guys!
It gets easier, what I don't understand is how people have kids really close together.

Ah. I miss those cuddle moments with my babies. I definitely don't miss the sleep deprivation, but newborn babies are so cuddly.
